This is a scarce vintage, Stoneman – multi-action meteoroid robot.

Moving eyes & nose, Mouth moves & lights up red, Arms swing, Torso twists. Robot says multiple phrases: “You! Human! No War! Wukaya Kahama. I am Stone King!”
Runs on 4 “AA” batteries (not included). He measures approximately 16” high. The history & story of Anti-War Kahama Robot has a hammer in one “hand” and chisel in the other is in Excellent++ condition.
